Jen where have you been? Followed you from a few years back from NJ. Your videos helped me a lot to make a decision, so I did. Moved to Cabo Rojo in 2021 have enjoyed the island lots but going on 2 1/2 years I decided to go back to the mainland. Had enough with the garbage, poor infrastructure, crazy roads and drivers. And the lack of medical doctors they’re butchers. Service out the window. No one wants to work, no water and electricity to much to often. To bad there was no one on utube warning people about this. On some of your videos you mention long waits on Drs office, but anyway welcome back I digress. Started the process to return hopefully by by end of the years. Selling a gorgeous home in Cabo Rojo if you’re interested

My parents live in Rio Grande, near El Yunque Rainforest, I love the early morning sound of all the birds and the roosters. I love to sip my coffee, look at the beautiful sky and the mountains. I thank God for such beautiful creations.

Never pay 10.00 for parking in Puerto Rico. Also this event is full of fried foods and fresh fruit.

Love your information especially for the English almost only crowd who need to learn Spanish. Your situation and mine are very similar. Would love to chat more at some point and understand some contacts you may have for moving / setting up relocating LLCs and Corporations. I need lawyers, accountants as well as credible real estate agents and all the other stuff (Insurance Agents, etc). I have not watched all your videos but love this comparison of Cabo Rojo vs Palmas. Thaaanks Jen! I am a native, live in Puerto Rico in an urban area, and I do hear birds where I live. but in the countryside, the sounds are magnified and unpoluted. Thanks again for the gift you are offering to many, especially those that live far away or do not have the luxury to listen to nature's sounds.🇵🇷

How much you want to bet, the people that own these apt, don;t even live in Puerto Rico. So they take all that money and don't even put it into Puerto Ricos economy.
